Sneakers Bangladesh’s products undergo Trans-shipment and cargo handling at multiple international ports, customers are expected to co-operate in the event the product’s packaging has physical deformation or damages at the time of delivery 

Privacy Policy

Sneakers BD uses services of secured payment gateways and encrypted servers to ensure client identity and data is not disclosed or exposed to Third Party agencies or institutions. 

Sneakers BD reserves the right to distribute customer and consignee information submitted by customers with logistics support and contractors for the establishment of a point of delivery or collection. 

Sneakers BD reserves the right to analyze and utilize customer information and data submitted by customers, in its marketing, without additional permission from customers. 

Liability Limit: 

Sneakers BD holds liability of product integrity until the products are transferred to client’s possession and no longer, therefore it is strongly recommended that the client inspects the products prior to confirming receipt of the product in question, no requests or claims of damage shall be deemed valid or facilitated once they have been delivered. 

All purchases at Sneakers BD are subject to a Capital Security Guarantee that insures customer’s funds against non-delivery for upto 95%. Should Sneakers BD be unable to deliver a package due to unavailability of product, non-arrival or loss or damage of consignment in transit or any unforeseen natural disasters or acts of God, customers are eligible to refunds of upto 95% of their payment or replacement with alternative products.

Secure Payment: 

Sneakers BD does not collect or store client’s payment instrument information on our servers or database. 

All concerns related to client’s payment instrument security must be addressed to Software Shop LTD (SSL Wireless).

Purchase & Return Policy 

All Purchases at Sneakers BD is eligible to Cancellation and Partial Refund within 48 hours of completion of payment. 

All Purchase Orders at Sneakers BD is irrevocable and not valid for exchange or amendment after 48 hours of purchase and payment completion. 

Goods delivered are strictly not returnable or valid for exchange. 

Deliveries of Incorrect or Faulty or Damaged Products are eligible for a return and replacement if reported to Sneakers BD within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact our Customer Support team on email:[email protected] with unboxing video within 24 hours of receipt of products to claim a return and replacement service. All claims of Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged products are invalid if not reported within 24 hours of receipt of products by customer. 

All claims of Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged products are subject to approval and acceptance of Sneakers BD administration team and their discretion.
