Order Acceptance & Cancellation 

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Delays: 

Order Fulfillment for Purchases at Sneakers BD are subject to Trans-Continental Shipping and International Freight, whereby each purchase undergoes multiple instances of parcel consolidation, trans-shipment and cargo handling which may result in lead times that is substantially shorter or longer than initially quoted to customers. 

All customers are expected to co-operate, understand and unconditionally accept additional lead times or delays in the trans-shipment process that may occur due to international holidays, world events, unforeseen natural disasters or acts of God. 

Delays in the trans-shipment process due to international holidays, world events, unforeseen natural disasters or acts of God is not valid for Sneakers BD’s Capital Security Guarantee and does not make customers eligible to claim refunds, replacement or additional compensation. 

Sneakers BD administration team reserves the right to withhold and preserve information whether intricate or trivial about complications and delays in the trans-shipment process and duration indefinitely. 

Purchase & Return Policy

All Purchases at Sneakers BD is eligible to Cancellation and Partial Refund within 48 hours of completion of payment. 

All Purchase Orders at Sneakers BD is irrevocable and not valid for exchange or ammendment after 48 hours of purchase and payment completion. 

Goods delivered are strictly not returnable or valid for exchange. 

Deliveries of Incorrect or Faulty or Damaged Products are eligible for a return and replacement if reported to Sneakers BD within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact our Customer Support team on email:[email protected] with unboxing video within 24 hours of receipt of products to claim a return and replacement service. All claims of Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged products are invalid if not reported within 24 hours of receipt of products by customer. 

All claims of Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged products are subject to approval and acceptance of Sneakers BD administration team by their discretion.
